Correct both issues from an authorized trip record, keep addresses and payment references masked where appropriate, and do not present editable Uber branding, status text, or references as platform verification or proof of a ride.

About the Uber Receipt Template
This Uber starting layout places an editable trip date and time above separate pickup and destination addresses, then groups the driver name, car, and color in a second custom section. Four editable fare rows cover base fare, distance, time, and service fee.
Subtotal and Total are followed by editable ride terms and a masked debit-card section. In the starting sample, the four fare rows add to 14.65, but Subtotal is 12.15 while Total is 14.65; the 2025 trip date also conflicts with the 2019 card timestamp. There is no tip, tax, trip ID, booking ID, or cash-payment field in the visible layout.
