About the Adidas Receipt Template

The editable store header and Sales Receipt labels lead into 19 starting product entries. Each product is represented by a three-row pattern: a code with size, unit count, original price, and selling price; a description with a printed discount amount; and a separate percentage-off line.

Editable summary rows show item count, subtotal, tax, total, total discounts, and card amount before a PAYMENT section with date, time, card type, authorization code, masked card, and effective date. The starting PAYMENT field labelled TOTAL is blank, the currency setting is empty even though USD is printed in the summary text, and there are no cashier, register, or transaction-number fields.
