The file has no fuel-grade field or item rows, and its payment timestamp differs from the footer date. Replace the stock policy language when it does not apply: although that text calls the receipt proof, editing this template does not create proof of fuel purchase. Use authorized data and keep card and reference values masked.

About the Gas Receipt Template
