Reconcile fuel details before editing the payment block
Update station and receipt timing first, verify pump, grade, gallons, unit price, fuel total, and final total, then resolve the duplicate masked-card information and payment timestamp.
The starting custom card text conflicts with the structured payment card and its receipt and payment dates do not match. Consolidate those fields from one authorized record, keep account and authorization data masked, and remember that editable status or authorization text is not proof of payment. The starting header has no logo, and the output is not a station-issued receipt.

About the Chevron Receipt Template
This starting layout moves from editable station details and a separate date and time into one custom block for a masked account, card label, invoice, authorization, pump, fuel grade, and gallons. Structured rows then show PRICE/GAL and FUEL TOTAL before a repeated final Total.
A second card section adds another masked account, card type, entry method, payment timestamp, reference, and status before the closing message. In the starting sample, the custom block says account ending 3741 and MC, while the payment block says account ending 4922 and Debit; its 2025 receipt date also conflicts with the 2019 payment timestamp. There is no tax line, cashier field, or header logo in the sections.
